The original EDI solution for Oracle had been clumsy to operate and was increasingly difficult to maintain, so a developer was assigned to create a solution within Microsoft Axapta 3.0 – basically one that was
integrated with the ERP system and which would save the time required to hand-key time-sensitive documents as well as reduce errors and be easier to manage.
